Data Center Overview - 12 Gbps Premium Bandwidth

New network, better connectivity and improved server hardware means better hosting service for you. We have recently moved our servers to a new data center facility located in Houston, Texas offering complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security.

With over 53,000 sq ft of raised floor between the two facilities, Tower Host has an offering to fit any need. The datacenter facility sits atop multiple power grids driven by TXU electric, with PowerWare UPS battery backup power and dual diesel generators onsite. Our facilities HVAC systems are condenser units by Data Aire to provide redundancy in cooling coupled with nine managed backbone providers. Twelve more third party backbone providers are available in the building via cross connect. Fire suppression includes a pre-action dry pipe system including VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) with over 700 smoke detectors between the two facilities.

Quality Hardware

Intel Dual Xeon Processors By using the best hardware in the industry we can expect rock stable web servers. Our high speed Intel, Dual Xeon based servers are 2.4 Ghz plus, with dual 80 GIG SCSI hard drives, an minimum 2 GB ECC RAM make these servers extremely powerful and ready to handle your web sites and business demands. Providing reliable servers, extreme uptime and quality service are the Tower Hosts top priorities.
