1. Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees for all hosting services.

2. Do I have 24/7 access to my account?
Absolutely. You can update your site at 3 am if that's best for you.

3. How soon will my account be setup?
Once you submit your order we will begin processing your new account. Your order will be placed in a queue until it has been completely setup by our staff. Once it has been setup you will receive an e-mail from us with your account details (login information, etc) so you may begin using your account which can take up to 24 hours.

4. Do you force ads on my site?
No, we will never force any type of ads onto your site. You are allowed to put ads on your site if you wish.

5. Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes, if you're not completely satisfied with our service after 14 days of your order we will cancel your account and refund your money.

6. How reliable are your servers?

Tower Host uses CPanel, an easy to use and highly functional control panel that you will have unlimited access to. You can setup e-mail accounts, databases, customize error pages and even more. Demo account available for testing.

10. Are there any hidden fees?
There are absolutly no hidden fees attached to any of our hosting plans. All you pay is your monthly or yearly fee which you agree to when to sign up for our hosting services.

11. Are there any restrictions to the content I can put on my space?
We do have a few restrictions when it comes to the content you're allowed to have within your webspace account and on your webpages. Please refer to our terms of service for more information regarding this question.

12. Do you support Microsoft FrontPage?
All hosting plans come with support for Microsoft FrontPage 98-2000 but it must be requested in your hosting order, otherwise it will not be setup by default. You can also install FrontPage Extentions through your control panel.
