I had a bit of trouble getting my newly purchased domain to work with the hosting from my other website that TowerHost hosts for me. I was able to talk to Steve personally after running into trouble and he was able to sort everything out for me and personally saw to it that I got everything just the way I wanted it to work.

I've been with Towerhost for a while now. I find the service is excellent, any questions or problems i have are quickly solved. I've never had problems of not being able to access my work do to a crashed server. I also like all the options and features in the cpanel section for my server space, there i can look at my site's progress, comments, hits, anything that can help me improve my site's presentation. Towerhost has deffinately been a tremendous help for me in trying to get my work out there and noticed.

Recommended this host from a friend a couple years back. My previous webhost was giving me problems and I didn't want to deal with that anymore. The service has been great from the beginning except for maybe one somewhat minor error. But Towerhost seems to improve their service more and more everyday.
